Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

A: MyLife HQ is located in Melbourne, Australia (the world's most liveable city). 

Q: WHERE ARE MYLIFE PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTED? WHICH COUNTRIES?

A: Our products are currently available for purchase across Australia. We understand that there is demand for our product across the globe. This distribution list is therefore something that we are continuously seeking to expand where possible.

Q: WHAT CAN I DO IF I'M UNABLE TO FIND MYLIFE PRODUCTS IN A STORE NEAR ME?

A: Click to download our product request form. Simply print this out and hand the MyLife request to the manager of your favourite store. Hopefully you’ll be able to get your hands on us soon!

Q: WHAT PRODUCT SHOULD WE BE EXPECTING NEXT?

A: We’re in the research and development process for many new product ideas. At this time, we can’t confirm what exciting products will be next to join the MyLife family. INGREDIENTS & NUTRITION

Q: ARE MYLIFE PRODUCTS ORGANIC AND NON-GMO?

A: Although MyLife products are not certified organic, we only use the highest quality ingredients possible. MyLife products are however 100% non-GMO - all of the ingredients used across our products have non-GMO statements from our suppliers. 

Q: ARE MYLIFE PRODUCTS NATURAL?

A: All of our products are plant-based, meaning that they are composed of ingredients made wholly from plants. There are no artificial colours, preservatives or flavours added to our products. 

Q: DO MYLIFE PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY ANIMAL PRODUCTS OR BY-PRODUCTS?

A: None of our products contain ANY animal products or animal by-products. They are therefore ENTIRELY vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Q: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

A: Our products are free from animal and animal by-products. Each batch of products that comes from our factory comes with a statement that certifies the products are also completely free of cross-contamination. This means we can ensure every batch is wholly allergen-sensitive and vegan friendly.

Q: DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ARTIFICIAL PRESERVATIVES OR ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS?

A: Our products are free of artificial preservatives and artificial ingredients.

Q: WHAT IS THE SOURCE OF THE MODIFIED STARCH USED IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

A: The modified starches used in our products are plant-based but do differ from one product to another. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please contact us directly at our enquiries page.

Q: WHERE DOES YOUR COCONUT OIL COME FROM? IS IT ETHICALLY SOURCED?

A: The sourcing of all of our raw materials, including our coconut oil, is compliant with the Sustainable Farming and Code of Labour Practice. These practices include the ethical treatment of both humans and animals alike.

The coconut oil itself is sourced from Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and the Phillipines.

 

ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Q: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ALLERGEN-FREE?

A:  Our products are entirely free of dairy (casein, whey and lactose), soy, ALL nuts and gluten – 4 of the most common allergens.

Our products do however contain coconut. If there is something in particular you are allergic to, be sure to contact our team for more allergen information.

Q: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FODMAP-FRIENDLY?

A: Our products are in fact FODMAP Friendly. Although the flavours used in our products may contain some onion and garlic, these are present at less than 0.05%. We are currently working towards becoming FODMAP certified.  

Q: DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PEANUTS OR TREE NUTS?

A: Our products are entirely free from peanuts and tree nuts. Not only is our factory an entirely allergen-free zone, but each and every batch is tested at point of manufacturing to triple-check there has been no cross-contamination throughout the production process. 

Q: DO ANY MYLIFE PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY LACTOSE/DAIRY?

A: Our products are entirely free of dairy, as well as casein, whey and lactose. Our products are therefore suitable for consumption by those who are lactose intolerant and/or plant-based.

 

FRESHNESS & PACKAGING

Q: HOW LONG WILL MYLIFE PRODUCTS STAY FRESH?

A: While the advice on each product varies, we ordinarily recommend that our products are consumed within 7-10 days of opening. In saying this, general consumer experience has demonstrated that our products can keep for longer if stored appropriately. As our products are plant-based they will become noticeably discoloured when no longer suitable for consumption.

Q: HOW CAN I KEEP MYLIFE PRODUCTS FRESH?

A: As our products are fresh and do not contain any preservatives, they must be kept in the refrigerator at all times, even prior to opening. We recommend that you ensure that our BioCheese Shred products are adequately resealed or better still, like the rest of our products, that they are stored in an air-tight container.

BIOCHEESE SHRED - PIZZA AND CHEDDAR FLAVOURS

Q: WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO USE/MELT THESE PRODUCTS?

A: We work tirelessly to ensure the formulation of our products is spot on, so as to mimic the functionality of products we're all familiar with. 

In order to ensure these products melt maximally we strongly recommend that they are kept well insulated. Place the shred on the base of your pizza or on the base of your toastie (as you would traditionally) and cover with ingredients and/or foil. You can thank us later!
