Air Fryer Feta Fries

July 13 is National French Fry Day! We’ve got a ridiculously easy one for you. Four ingredients. One deliciously simple snack. Sometimes the most pared back treats have the biggest impact, and we’re forever obsessed with crispy, cheesy goodness!

Ingredients

5 red potatoes, cut into chips (we kept the skin on)

2 Tsp olive oil

Pinch of salt

4 – 5 cubes of BioMarinated to sprinkle on top

Method

1. Heat up your airfryer to 200°C

2. Drizzle chips with olive oil, sprinkle over salt and use your hands to give it a quick mix

3. Place chips in the airfryer, try and distribute them evenly. Depending on your airfryer you might want to do two batches. Your times will also vary depending on airfryer size, but we think checking at 20 minutes is a good indication of how much longer you’ll need to keep the chips frying. 30-40 minutes is pretty standard!

4. Carefully remove chips, place on a plate and top with BioMarinated. Serve with dipping sauce, as a side, or they’re great on their own!
